Chocolate Covered Strawberries 8 ounces chocolate coating, chopped or broken up in pieces 1lb. strawberries chill in the freezer for 3 minutes Directions Step 1 Place chocolate in a heatproof glass bowl set over (not in) a pot of gently simmering water. Stir just until melted with 1 TBSP. oil or you can melt it in the microwave 30-second increments stir and keep on warming it up until smooth creamy and melted. Step 2 Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Dip strawberries, one piece at a time, in chocolate, spooning on additional chocolate to cover if needed place on the wax paper then Refrigerate until chocolate is firm, about 1 to 3 minutes in the refrigerator.
