Banana Bread Pudding

Banana Bread Pudding 1 loaf of regular bread cut into large crouton size spread on a cookie sheet and toast in the oven as if you were making croutons. 5 eggs 2 1/2 c.   Milk ½ c. condense milk ½ c. heavy cream 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 tbsp. vanilla extract 1 tbsp. banana extract 3 large mashed bananas 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. sugar ½ c. brown sugar ½ tsp. salt Preheat oven to 325* In a large bowl combine everything except the bread mix well now add the toasted bread mix   let it soak into the bread once the bread has soaked all the mixture scoop into 2 loaf pans that have been sprayed with a non-stick baking spray bake for 45 minutes on a 325* This pudding tastes so much better once it is cold I top this bread pudding with a banana pecan glaze and for that, all you need is a stick of butter 1, ½ c of brown sugar, and 1c.pecans, heat over medium heat until it starts to boil turn off and add 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 sliced bananas to thi

(Mexican Bread Pudding) Capirotada

Mexican Bread Pudding (Capirotada) 1 loaf of bread you can layer it or cut into pieces with a knife, large crouton sizes. put on a cookie sheet in the oven to toast to a medium brown color. 32 oz. Shredded yellow cheese   2 cup Raisins you can add more un-boiled raisins when you are layering or mixing if you like lots of raisins 1 cup Peanuts or pecans whichever you like (optional) 2 piloncillo (Brown sugar cane) I use 2 but some like less 2 small pack of cinnamon sticks or 1 medium size pack 2 tsp. Cinnamon 1 Star Spice Anise 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. sugar 6 whole cloves 2 c. whole milk 2 c. evaporated milk 2 c. heavy whipping cream Preheat oven 325*     Boil all 6 cups of milks, add the raisins, cinnamon sticks, cloves, Star Spice Anise, and the piloncillo boil until the piloncillo is dissolved turn heat off add vanilla let it cool of, before you add the liquid to the bread pull out cinnamon sticks, cloves, Star Spice Anise out of the sy

Zucchini Bread

Zucchini Bread Ingredients 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 small box of instant pudding French vanilla or banana flavor 1/4 tsp. baking powder 3 cups flour 1 c sugar 1 c brown sugar 3 eggs 1/3 c oil or melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 c zucchini, grated Instructions Preheat oven to 325* – 350* depends on your oven. Spray your bread pans with baking spray. Makes 2 large loaves In a large bowl combine all ingredients except zucchini, Mix well, now fold in your zucchini, if using nuts fold in 1 c of nuts. Pumpkin Banana Bread Loaf

Pumpkin Banana Bread Loaf Ingredients 3 c flour 1 tbsp.   Ground cinnamon 1 tsp.   Ground nutmeg 1 tsp. allspice 1tsp. Pumpkin Spice 1 tsp.   Baking soda 1/2 tsp.   Salt 2 c sugar 1/3 c butter melted 3 eggs 1 /15oz. can pumpkin puree (not pie filling) Glaze and Pecans/Walnuts are Optional Preheat oven to 325* – 350* depends on your oven. Spray your bread pans with baking spray. Makes 2 large loaves In a large mixing bowl add bananas mix until broken down a little smooth with chunks now add the rest of the ingredients Mix well if using nuts fold in 1 c. Bake for about 30-45 minutes may take a bit longer just check with a toothpick if it comes out clean then it’s done. For glaze 1 8oz. cream cheese room temperature 2 tbsp. milk 1/2c to 1 cup powder sugar depending on how sweet you like it. Ginger Bread Loaf

Ginger Bread Loaf 1 ½    flour 1½ tsp. baking soda 4 tsp. ground ginger 2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tsp.   Ground allspice 1/8 tsp.   Salt ¾ c. brown sugar 7 tbsp. milk 3 eggs 3 tbsp.   Maple syrup 3 tbsp. molasses ½ c. butter Preheat oven to 350°F makes 1 loaf Put all dry ingredients into a bowl mix well with a Wisk. Melt butter set aside and let cool add all the other wet ingredients to your dry ingredients mix well now add butter. Bake about 45 to 60 minutes until just firm to the touch, insert a toothpick to check if it’s baked toothpick must come out clean.
