Easy Peasy Delicious Donuts

They are so soft and delicious, cinnamon donut holes, regular glazed donuts, and chocolate ganache drizzled with white chocolate. Donuts 1 can biscuits any brand mine were the Grands Flaky Biscuits 1/2 inch oil in a large pan I have a deep fryer so that's what I used Pour about 1/2 inch of canola oil in a large, high-sided skillet.  Heat oil to about 350 degrees. Open biscuits, Using a donut cutter, or use well I used a decorating tip to cut the holes in the center of the donut, cut a hole out of the center of each biscuit, and don't toss the holes make donut holes out of them and sprinkle with the cinnamon mixer. Fry doughnut until golden brown on both sides set on a paper towel to drain any extra oils. Sprinkle with a cinnamon mixture or dunk them into your favorite glaze. Easy Biscuit, bacon, and egg, nest All you need is 1/ 8 count refrigerated Biscuits ant brand I use Grands Flaky Biscuits 8 small eggs 8 slices of cooked bacon any brand 1 muffin pan 8 / 4 x 4 cut waxed paper sprayed with a non-stick baking spray preheat oven to 325 degrees line the muffin pan with waxed paper that has been sprayed already, pull apart your biscuits and roll out just a little and tuck into the muffin pan in the inner side of the biscuit line with one of your cooked bacons then add your raw egg place on top of a cookie sheet because the biscuits will expand and a little might spill over baked until you like the way the egg looks about 10 minutes or longer depending on how runny you like your eggs. serve hot. Cut or shred chicken into small pieces.  In another pot warm up the cream of chicken dilute with the chicken broth once it is all warmed up add your shredded chicken and veggies stir until mixed well, pull apart your biscuits and place on a plate top with your chicken mixture serve warm.  I served mine with wild rice also steam bag from the frozen isle. Homemade Easy Peasy Baked Chicken 4 Chicken Breast Lemon Pepper Seasoning Uncle Chris Steak Seasoning Cayenne Pepper Garlic Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a baking pan place chicken and spray chicken with a nonstick spray sprinkle with all of the spices from above, bake until well done, Chicken will take about 35 to 45 minutes. To check chicken for doneness, prick with knife and press to see if juices run clear, if so then the chicken is done. Remove from oven and Allow chicken to rest for 10 minutes before serving. I served mine with some can green beans and a buttery creamy chicken flavor rice. I drizzled cream gravy over the baked chicken. Homemade Garlic Bread and Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

Homemade Garlic Bread &Spaghettie Meat Sauce 1 - 16 oz. package of spaghetti, cooked according to the directions on the package. 1 Medium Onion, finely chopped 2 (28oz) Cans of Tomato crushed Italian herb flavor 2 small can of tomato paste Italian herb flavor 1 (8oz. tomato sauce) 1 lb of  Italian sausage 1 lb of ground beef 2 tbsp. knorr tomate  2 tbsp. Italian spice mix 2 tbsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. onion powder 2 tbsp. black pepper powder 2 tbsp.  dry oregano 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese fresh or powder 1 small container of sliced mushrooms (Optional) I do not add salt because the knorr tomate has salt in it so once you taste the sauce you can add more knorr or salt it's  up to you.                 In a large pot over medium high heat,  Add the ground beef and Italian sausage cook until its pretty much all cooked through. Homemade Big Chicken Nuggets

Homemade Big Chicken Nuggets 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 tsp. (heaping) of onion powder 4 tsp. (heaping) of Lemon pepper 2 TBSP. (heaping) Uncle Chris Steak Seasoning + 2 tsp. 2 cups of Panko Bread Crumbs 3 eggs, beaten 2 cups of flour 2 cups buttermilk Boil your chicken breast until it is cooked all the way through, pull out and cut into the desired size for your nugget Transfer chicken to a bowl add buttermilk and 2 tsp. Lemon pepper & 2 tsp. Uncle Chris Steak Seasoning mix and let it rest for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350 degrees, Combine all the dry ingredients in a small bowl mix well except for the flour and the panko. Whisk eggs together in a bowl set aside. In another wide bowl combine the flour and half of the spices mix well. In another wide bowl combine Panko and the rest of the spices mix well. Pull chicken out a nugget at a time and Coat with the flour mixture then dip it in the egg,

Pot Roast in a Slow Cooker 1 pot roast (rump or lean chuck), about 3 to 4 pounds 1 large onion sliced 4 single stalks of celery sliced to about an inch wide 1 large bell pepper 1 small bag of mini carrots 3 large potatoes cut in 1-inch slices 2 TBSP.   Ground Garlic 2 TBSP. Knorr Tomate Powder 2 TBSP. Knorr Pollo Powder 2 TBSP. Potato and Egg Taco

Potato and Egg Taco 3 tablespoon oil 2 cups potatoes cut into cubes 4 eggs Salt and black pepper, to taste 8 tortillas Don't cook them on high heat they brown to fast but raw in the center no boiling needed. Place the oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and sprinkle with Salt and black pepper Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender on the inside and crisp a little brown on some not all will brown on the outside. While potatoes are cooking Beat together the eggs in a separate bowl until the mixture is well combined, once the potatoes are tender add the egg mixture to the pan. Cook, stirring with a spatula to break them, scramble into smaller pieces, for about 4-6 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked, but cooked through, Heat Tortillas through. Serve potato egg mixture atop the warmed tortillas. Drizzle salsa to taste over the taco and enjoy. Enjoy A little taste of South Texas Comfor
