Gingerbread Cookies

Gingerbread Cookies 1 1/3 cup oil 1/2 cup molasses` 2 cup brown sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 6 cups all-purpose flour and a bit more if needed 1 tbsp. plus 1 Tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tbsp. plus 1 Tsp.  ground ginger 2 tsp. ground cloves 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt If you are not making to many cookies cut this recipe in half, depending on the size of cookie cutters will determine how many cookies you will get out of the dough. Preheat oven to 350*, Get your cookie sheets and line with parchment paper and set aside. Whisk together the dry ingredients (not the brown sugar) and set aside. Using your standup mixer add the wet ingredients and the brown sugar, but add one egg at a time mix well, then slowly add in the flour mixture a little at a time until all is well combined The dough will still be sticky. Dump the dough out onto a heavily floured surface and with floured hands using the sides of your hands (palm of hands), (do not dig your finge
