Pizza Chicken Potpie

Pizza Chicken Potpie  Gather your Ingredients 1/2 cooked chicken breasts shredded 1 can cream of chicken soup 30 oz. 1 small bag frozen mixed veggies 2 refrigerated pizza dough Let's get started Preheat your oven to 375* In a pot, combine the cooked chicken, frozen veggies, and 1 cup water, cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside once cooked. If needed slightly grease your muffin tin pan. First flour your counter then open the container of your pizza dough place pizza dough on it and spread it open, flour the pizza dough and roll out, once rolled out place on top of muffin pan and gently press in to make pockets. Evenly spoon the potpie mixture into each pocket, once all pockets are filled take your second rolled out pizza dough and cover the top of the chicken Potpie, gently lift the edges tuck underneath and pinch do this all around the edges. Now make an X in the center of each pocket you made. Place into the oven and bake for about 20 minu

Homemade Just add Water Pancake Mix

Gather your Ingredients 4 1/4 c. Flour 1/4 c. Malt powder 1/2 c. Powdered milk 2 tbsp. Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/3 c. Sugar 1 tbsp. Baking soda Let's get started Mix all ingredients above then Put in an airtight container, When ready to use just add 1 cup mix and 3/4 cup water into a bowl, depending on how much batter you put on the griddle will determine how many pancakes you get. Use a griddle that is non-stick. Heat a lightly oiled griddle I put mine to the highest setting 400*, or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour the batter onto the griddle, brown on one side of the pancake, on the top side you will start to see bubbles forming that means pancake is ready to flip over flip to the other side and let it brown, pull out and butter right away, lightly oil the pan again using a paper towel be careful you don't burn yourself, and repeat. Serve hot smother with more butter if you like lots of butter and syrup or any topping of your choice.

Homemade Tamales, Masa & Different Fillings

Gather your Ingredients and let's get started,  eat your wheaties and drink a strong large cup of coffee you're going to need it, now stretch and take a deep breath,  you can do this, invite your family and friends to help out. Homemade Tamales, (MASA) & (FILLINGS) Make sure that you have all the ingredients and equipment needed for the recipe before you start preparing. I like to prepare the masa in the morning but I will not be using it right away I let it sit for at least two hours, at least while you prepare everything. First: Soak cornhusks Place the dried cornhusks in a pan, bucket, dish or sink and cover with hot water, allowing husks to soak until soft and pliable husk, Softening cornhusks can take up to 30 minutes to use right away but the best thing will be to soak overnight drain and add fresh water in the morning, only pull out the husk you will be using at the time you are spreading the masa the rest leave soaking in water.

Pumpkin Muffins

Pumpkin Muffins Let's gather your ingredients Preheat oven to 375* prepare your muffin pan with cupcake liners set aside. Strudel 3 tbsp. Butter 1/2 c. Flour 3/4 c. Sugar 3/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon 1/4 tsp. Pumpkin spice Let's get started In a bowl add all the ingredients above, With a fork mix all together until well incorporate, set aside. --------------------------------- Pumpkin Muffins Gather your ingredients 1 box white cake mix 15.25 ounces 1 can 100% pure pumpkin 15 ounces 1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon (optional) 1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Spice (optional) Pecans (optional) Let's get started In a bowl mix all of the pumpkin muffin ingredients if using pecans fold in pecans, scoop your batter into the cupcake liners sprinkle with pecans if your like or leave plain, if using strudel spoon a little strudel on top of the muffin batter press down gently repeat for the rest of the muffins. Bake at 375* from 12 minutes to 18 minutes time

Homemade Chili

Homemade Chili Gather your ingredients 2-pound ground beef 1 onion, diced 2 Chile jalapeno seeded chopped 1 small cans of tomato paste 1 can. Tomato sauce 1/24oz. can crushed tomatoes 1/32oz. Chicken broth or water 2 tbsp. chili powder 1/2 tbsp. knorr tomate 1 tbsp. Black pepper 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. cumin powder 1 lb. Pinto Beans cooked or 3/15oz. Cans pinto beans rinsed Let's get started In a large pot over medium heat, Brown your ground beef until well-done drain all fat and then add your chop onions, chile pepper Sauté until onions are translucent add all the dry ingredients mix all together. Now add all of the meat and veggies to the beans let it cook for about 20 minutes on medium heat. Turn off Now at this point, I add my secret ingredient... 4 ounces of Velveeta Cheese cut in chunks throw it in the pot Mix a few times making sure all the cheese melts into the chili. Optional toppings Cilantro, onion, sour cream, avocado, shredded

Calabasa Con carne

Calabasa Con carne Gather your Ingredients 2 lbs. Stew meat 3 green zucchini, sliced 1 onion sliced and diced 2 tbsp. cooking oil 1 1/2 tbsp. knorr pollo 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tbsp. cumin 2 c. frozen corn or one (28ounces) can whole kernel corn 1(8 ounces) can tomato sauce Let's get started In a pot add beef stew sear until you start seeing a little  brown on the meat add onion to meat cook until onion is translucent Meanwhile cut zucchini into round slices and if the slices are to big cut slices in half ok now add zucchini to the pot with the onion  and meat cook for about 5 more minutes. Now that the veggies are sauteed add the rest of the ingredients, mix all the ingredients well, cover and let simmer on medium heat for about 15 minutes or until the meat is tender. Stovetop Oatmeal  Oatmeal Gather your ingredients 1 1/2 c. Milk 1/2 c. Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats ( NOT INSTANT OATS) 3 tbsp. Brown sugar 1 tbsp. Butter 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon Let's get started Add all ingredients to a small pot over medium-high heat bring to a simmer and cook, stirring frequently, until thickened to desired consistency.
