Homemade Just add Water Pancake Mix

Gather your Ingredients

4 1/4 c. Flour
1/4 c. Malt powder
1/2 c. Powdered milk
2 tbsp. Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/3 c. Sugar
1 tbsp. Baking soda

Let's get started

Mix all ingredients above then Put in an airtight container, When ready to use just add 1 cup mix and 3/4 cup water into a bowl, depending on how much batter you put on the griddle will determine how many pancakes you get.

Use a griddle that is non-stick.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle I put mine to the highest setting 400*, or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Pour the batter onto the griddle, brown on one side of the pancake, on the top side you will start to see bubbles forming that means pancake is ready to flip over

flip to the other side and let it brown, pull out and butter right away, lightly oil the pan again using a paper towel be careful you don't burn yourself, and repeat.

Serve hot smother with more butter if you like lots of butter and syrup or any topping of your choice...

That's it Enjoy
