Pot Roast in a Slow Cooker

1 pot roast (rump or lean chuck), about 3 to 4 pounds

1 large onion sliced

4 single stalks of celery sliced to about an inch wide

1 large bell pepper

1 small bag of mini carrots

3 large potatoes cut in 1-inch slices

2 TBSP.  Ground Garlic

2 TBSP. Knorr Tomate Powder

2 TBSP. Knorr Pollo Powder

2 TBSP. Lemon Pepper

Turn on slow cooker on high, brown pot roast on all sides on the stove top then place in the slow cooker top with all the ingredients from above pour water just above the veggies stir and cook for about 6 to 8 hours depending on how tender you want it.  Top pot roast with gravy.
