Ingredients
3 c flour
1 tbsp. Ground cinnamon
1 tsp. Ground nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1tsp. Pumpkin Spice
1tsp. Pumpkin Spice
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 c sugar
1/3 c butter melted
3 eggs
1 /15oz. can pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
Glaze and Pecans/Walnuts are Optional
Preheat oven to 325* – 350* depends on your oven. Spray your bread pans with baking spray. Makes 2 large loaves
In a large mixing bowl add bananas mix until broken down a little smooth with chunks now add the rest of the ingredients Mix well if using nuts fold in 1 c.
Bake for about 30-45 minutes may take a bit longer just check with a toothpick if it comes out clean then it’s done.
For glaze
1 8oz. cream cheese room temperature
2 tbsp. milk
1/2c to 1 cup powder sugar depending on how sweet you like it.
Mix all ingredients very well until very creamy, place in refrigerator until ready to use, pour over cool Pumpkin bread loaf
