Strawberry Berry Melody Spiked Punch

1 liter ginger ale 6 ounces frozen limeade 5 ounces frozen Bacardi strawberry Daiquiri 1 c. Pineapple rum 1 small bag frozen berry melody Thaw frozen concentrates  mix all ingredients together in a pitcher add ice or frozen berry melody and serve cold. homemade salsa Cocinada

2 large hatch chiles 5 large chile jalapeños 1/2 onion 1 bushel of cilantro stems cut off 3 medium tomatoes 4 oz. Tomato sauce Salt to taste In a pan add 2 tbsp. oil and toast everything except the cilantro n onion, once everything is burnt looking add the cilantro, n onion, 1/4 cup water, n tomato sauce add salt to your liking,  boil for at least 5 minutes pull out carefully you can burn yourself, put into a blender vent a little covering the corner you vent with a towel so it won't splash out, once blended add back to the pan n cook for 10 minutes stirring in between be careful because it is boiling n the salsa bubbles pops. A simple rice pudding (arroz con leche)

2 cup rice 2 cinnamon sticks 6 cups water 3 tbsp. Butter 4 cup milk 1 tsp. Vanilla 1/2 cup sugar 1 can evaporate milk 1 small can of condensed milk Cinnamon to taste In a pot boil water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks, once it boils add butter and rice boil for 25 minutes, after the 25 minutes add the milks bring to a boil Once it has boiled turn heat to a medium and cook another 15 minutes, turn off and add the vanilla mix well serve on a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Puerco En Salsa De Chile para Gorditas

3 lbs. pork meat 5 single sticks of celery sliced and chopped 1 large onion sliced and chopped 1 bell pepper sliced and chopped 5 hatch chiles toasted and peeled and seeded 2 jalapenios toasted 1 large tomato chopped 1 c. water large (pork Broth) 1 tbsp. c. chili powder 1 TBSP. Knorr Tomate 1 TBSP. Knorr Pollo 1 TBSP. Cumin Powder 1 TBSP Garlic Powder 1 TBSP tomato paste 4 oz. tomato sauce  In a Large pot add the pork-chops add water enough to cover above the chops, boil until pork-chops are done let it cool then cut pork-chops into small cube size ( save pork broth), now in another pot heat oil over medium-high heat add the meat, onion, celery, and bell pepper cook until the onion is translucent, then add the tomato and cook for about another 4 minutes, now add cumin, garlic, Knorr Pollo, Knorr Tomate, chili power, mix well, add water or pork broth. at this point you add the chiles make sure you blend the chiles before you add them to the pot, n...

Southern Chicken

5 pieces of chicken breast 3 tbsp. Olive oil 6 tbsp. Mayo 3 tbsp. Mustard Sprinkle with Cheyenne and black pepper and salt. Mix these ingredients well and spread over raw chicken throw away unused mixture.  Then sprinkle with a little salt to your liking,  sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper to you liking,  finally sprinkle with Cheyenne pepper not to much.  Bake until golden brown or the chicken juices come out clear. To be save cut the biggest part of the chicken to make sure it's done. Tacos de nopales con Chorizo y huevos (Cactus & Chorizo and Eggs Tacos)

4 tortillas 1/4 cup cooked nopales (Cactus) 1/4 cup onions 1/4 tomato 1/2 c. Chorizo  1 tbsp.. oil 1 chile jalapeno diced   a homemade salsa or picante sauce optional warm up tortillas, in a pan over medium high add your oil, onions and chile cook for 3 minutes, then add nopales cook for 3 minutes then add chorizo cook  until chorizo is cooked all the way, once cooked add eggs cook until no longer runny  Enjoy  Here are other ways you can follow me or just click on the right side where it says subscribe,  follow me and that is another way of following. Tortillas (Homemade)

3 c flour 2 tsp. Salt 3 tsp. Baking powder 1/3c oil plus just a bit more 1 c warm water to 1 1/4 c. Use as needed Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. Add the oil and water mix well until the dough forms a ball. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead for 3 to 5 minutes or until dough is smooth.  Add a little more flour if it is too sticky. Divide the dough until you have about 16 pieces roughly the same size. Shape the dough into small thick Frisbee like pancake shape Cover the dough pieces with a clean kitchen towel and allow them to rest for 5 minutes. Heat skillet or a large pan over medium-high heat. Working on one at a time, roll out each dough piece on a lightly floured surface.  Try to get them nice and thin, with each roll out rotate the dough until you have it rolled out.  Place it onto the skillet or hot pan and cook for 1 minute or until a few golden brown spots appear on the underside.  Some bubbles will also ...
