Bacon, Beef, & Pork Chilli

30 minute Chilli  1 lb ground pork 1/12oz. bacon, chopped 1 1/2 lb ground beef 1 green bell pepper chopped 1 small onion chopped 2 can (14.5 oz.) fire roasted diced tomatoes 1/2 lb freshly cooked pinto beans or you can use 2 cans 19.5 oz beans 1 small can 7 oz. green chiles 1 cup frozen corn or can corn 2 tablespoon garlic powder 2 tablespoon knorr tomate 2 tablespoons chili powder In a pan cook bacon over medium heat until almost done, drain the fat and leave bacon in pot, in same pot add ground beef, ground pork, bell pepper, onions, cook until meat is well done. Now add remaining ingredients to the pot mix, cover cook on High heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Chicken Mole

Chicken Mole 3 large chicken breast pieces, no skin, boiled and shredded, reserved chicken broth use as needed 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped depends on which one you buy some come in individually wraps squares I use one of those squares  2 tablespoons peanut butter 1 (8.25-ounce) jar DONA MARIA mole ½ TBSP. Knorr Tomate Powder ½ TBSP. Knorr Pollo Powder Add a little bit of salt to your liking I don’t use salt since my spices have salt. Boil chicken once boiled pull out the chicken let it cool down a bit then shredded it up or cut into cube sizes. In a medium-size pot place all of DONA MARIA mole with 1 cup of the chicken broth, chocolate, peanut butter, and spices, mix well and keep on adding the chicken broth until you like the thickness of the sauce, once the sauce is to where you like it then add your chicken. Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

chicken Broccoli Alfredo 1 pound  pasta of choice 2 cups chicken, cooked  diced or shredded 2 cups of broccoli, boiled or steamed Alfredo Sauce: 4 cups heavy whipping cream 8 ounces cream cheese 1 tablespoon garlic powder 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon pepper 1 cup  parmesan powdered 8oz.  mozzarella cheese boil chicken, let cool then shred set aside. In same water add broccoli and cook for 2 minutes, pull out and set aside. In same water and pot cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside. once pasta is done throw away water and use the same pot to make the sauce.  making alfredo sauce, In the pot add everything for Alfredo sauce, cook over medium heat whisk until melted, cook for about 3-5 minutes or until it starts to thicken. now add chicken mix, once mixed add broccoli gently mix, now add pasta toss to coat, serve immediately. Tomato Soup

3 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Small Onion, chopped 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced 2 lbs of Ripe Roma Tomatoes 1/32 oz Can of Canned diced fire roasted Tomatoes 1 1/4 cups of Chicken Stock (or more depending on how think or runny you like it more or less) ½ cup of Heavy Cream 1 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp. Ground Basil  Salt and Pepper, to taste Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.  Toss the tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, 2 Tbsp of oil and salt and pepper on a baking sheet. Make sure the mixture is in one even layer and roast for about 25 minutes or until they develop a  roasted color.  In a large pot, add the remaining oil with the chopped onion and cook over medium-high heat for about 5 to 8 minutes or until the onion really develops a golden brown color, add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.  Add canned tomatoes, chicken stock and heat up to medium-high.  Allow the mixture to come to a boil, reduce the heat back to medium ...

Roasted Cornish Hens

2 Cornish hens  Zest of 1 of a Lemon 1/2 tsp of Poultry Seasoning 1/2 tsp of Granulated Garlic 1/2 tsp of Granulated Onion 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil 1 Head of Garlic, halved A few Extra Sprigs of Rosemary  1/4 cup of White Wine 1 cup of Chicken Stock 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 small onion sliced Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Place your cornish hens on a rack in a roasting pan and pat them dry. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil with the poultry seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder and lemon zest set aside. Stuff the cavity of the hens with half of the bulb of garlic, half of a lemon and a few sprigs of fresh herbs. Brush the hens all over with the oil mixture, season with salt and pepper and pour the chicken stock and wine in the bottom of the roasting pan, also add the mushrooms and onions to the bottom of the pan. Turkey Spaghetti

Turkey Spaghetti 1 - 16 oz. package of wheat spaghetti, cooked according to the directions on the package. 1 Medium Onion, finely chopped 2 (28oz) Cans of Tomato crushed Italian herb flavor 1 small can of tomato paste Italian herb flavor 1 (8oz. tomato sauce) 1 lb of  Italian sausage 1 lb of ground turkey 2 tbsp. knorr tomate 2 tbsp. Italian spice mix 2 tbsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. onion powder 2 tbsp. black pepper powder 2 tbsp.  dry oregano 1 small container of sliced mushrooms (Optional)  I do not add salt because the knorr tomate has salt in it so once you taste the sauce you can add more Knorr or salt it's up to you.  In a large pot over medium-high heat,  Add the ground turkey and Italian sausage cook until its pretty much all cooked through, remove from the pan with slotted spoon drain, now add the meat back to the pan and add the onion cook until the onion is translucent.
