Keto Pancakes

Gather your ingredients 3/4 c. Almond flour 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened, room temperature) 3 Eggs 1 tbsp. Vanilla 1 Tsp. Baking Powder 2 Tsp. Splenda Let's get started In a large mixing bowl add Cream Cheese, Vanilla, and eggs, mix well with your hand mixer. Now that the wet ingredients are well-blended add in your dry ingredients and continue to mix. Scrape sides of bowl making sure all ingredients are incorporated. Heat up a griddle on high of 400°, I coated the bottom of the griddle with coconut oil, it gets a little smokie. Once the oil has been melted use a paper towel be careful don't burn yourself, but wipe up any extra oil, using the same paper towel in between batches of pancakes rub the griddle.
