Beef Stir-Fry

BEEF STIR-FRY Gather your Ingredients  3 lbs. steak 3 tbsp vegetable oil  3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped  1 1/2 tsp. Ginger root thinly sliced and chopped  1 onion sliced  2 bell peppers sliced 1 package of sesame ginger stir fry mix (do not use sauce mix) 1 package of stir fry melody  Gather Ingredients for marinade (for raw meat) 6 tbsp soy sauce  4 tbsp Chinese wine vinegar  1½ tsp baking soda  2 tbsp. cornstarch Gather Ingredients for stir fry sauce to use during cooking 6 tbsp. Szechuan Spicy Sauce  2 top. Sesame oil 6 tbsp. Chinese wine vinegar  4 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce  2 tsp sugar  1 tbsp. ground black pepper  2 tsp. rice vinegar 1 top.
