Pico De Gallo
5 large roma tomatoes diced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 bushel of cilantro, chopped
6 diced Chile Serrano or fresh jalapenos, add more if you want it spicier or less it’s up to you
2 fresh limes or lemons (juice only) squeezed on top of pico de gallo
Salt to taste
Chop and dice all ingredients place in a bowl mix add lemon juice salt to taste let sit for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
