Tacos de nopales con huevo (Cactus & Eggs Tacos)

CHOCOHOLICs Dream Bundt Cake

Chocoholics Dream Bundt Cake 1 tbsp. instant 2 c. sugar 1-3/4 c. all-purpose flour 3/4 c. Cocoa powder 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder 1-1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup oil 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 cup boiling water Heat oven to 350°F. spray with a non stick spray for baking I used a round Bundt baking pan.  Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl sift all together then whisk, add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; mix well, stir in boiling milk and water pour batter into prepared pan, batter will be thin. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Tex-Mex-Migas-Chilaquiles

Tex-Mex-Migas-Chilaquiles 2 tablespoons oil 2/3 cup diced onion (about 1 small) optional 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced  optional  Salt and pepper to taste 4 corn tortillas, cut or torn into 1/2-inch pieces 8 eggs 1/4 cup salsa homemade or Picante sauce 1 cup shredded cheddar                  Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat until hot, add the onion and jalapeños, season with salt and pepper, cook until the onion is soft and translucent. Meanwhile, place the eggs in a bowl whisk set aside.  When the onion is ready, add the tortillas and cook, stirring frequently, until soft, 1 to 2 minutes, r educe the heat add the eggs. Meatloaf 2 lbs. ground beef 1 Tbsp. Oil 1 Onion, finely diced  2 tbsp. Garlic, minced 4 Slices  of bread ½ cup of Milk 1 cup of cheese 2 Eggs 1 tbsp. Knorr tomate  1/2 tsp.  Black Pepper 1 tsp. Cheyenne 1/2 tsp. onion powder  Glaze  1/8oz. tomato sauce ¼ cup of Brown Sugar 1 tsp. spicy mustard 1/2 tsp. of chili powder 1 tsp. of Granulated Garlic 1 tsp. of Granulated Onion 1/2 tsp. Meatless Mexican Burrito   1 (15-ounce) can Black beans drained and rinsed 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 c. regular corn or southwestern Corn canned or frozen 4 to 6   (10-inch) flour tortillas 1 Green bell pepper 1 (4.5-ounce) canned chopped tomatoes with green chiles 1 Onion chopped 1/2 lb.. mashed beans or a (16-ounce) refried beans 1 tsp. Chili powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. Cumin 1/2 tsp. Southwestern Salad 1 bag of any salad mix you like 1/4 cup corn 1/2 cup pico de gallo 1/4 cup black beans rinsed and drained 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese lite 1/4 cup of shredded spiced up chicken 2 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish You can Toss all ingredients together. Chicken Fried Steak with Gravy 2 cup oil 6 (about 4-ounces each) ground beef patties pressed thinly 1 tbsp. Salt  1 tbsp. Black pepper 1 tbsp..
