Brown Gravy
you will need:
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups water
4 teaspoons beef bouillon
Combine water and bouillon in a heatproof container. Heat the beef broth in microwave 1 minute at a time, until it is steaming hot about 3 minutes, be careful when getting it out of the microwave it can burn you.
Melt butter in a medium pan over medium heat, add flour and onion powder and whisk together stir stir stir until you see a golden brown color but not burnt, add beef broth to flour mixture and stir stir stir Bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 1 minute.
If it gets too thick on you, just add a tablespoon or two of milk at a time until it thins out again) If it’s too thin add a little cornstarch and whisk.
