Cheesy Corn Beef Goulash
3 lbs ground beef
2 tbsp. garlic powder
3 cups beef stock
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato Italian paste
2 TBSP Italian seasoning
3 bay leaves
2 TBSP. Knorr de res (Beef Bouillon)
2 cups pasta, uncooked, cook according to instructions (I used Healthy Harvest 100% whole Grain Rotini)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 onion
2 cups of corn
Add ground beef to a pot over medium-high heat cook until no longer pink drain, add onion cook until translucent then add all the dry spices cook for about 3 minutes stirring constantly, add beef broth , tomato sauce and paste, stir well cook for 5 minutes stir cover and cook another 10 minutes, take bay leaf out add cheese mix well cook for 3 minutes then add cooked pasta stir well, turn off heat, let it rest for 10 minutes.
