BBQ Grilled Blackened Tilapia
Blackened seasoning
Lemon pepper
9 pieces of tilapia
Spread your fish on wax paper and generously sprinkle each side of the fish with both spices from above, I used a grilling tray sprayed it with non-stick spray then placed the tilapia on it and then placed the tray on the bbq pit BBQing it for 3-4 minutes per side depending on how thick the fish is...serve with any sides you like, I served mine with an orzo rice and green beans.
Enjoy
