Homemade Chili
2-pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 bell pepper chopped
1/15oz. chili ready can tomatoes
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tbsp. knorr tomate
2 tbsp. knorr pollo
1 tbsp. Garlic
1 pack of chili mix powder
2 lb. Pinto Beans cooked
In a large pot over medium heat, Brown your ground beef until well-done drain all fat and then add your chop onions, bell pepper, and tomato. Sauté until onions are translucent add all the dry ingredients mix all together, add the raw beans, fill the pot with water covering about 4 inches of water above the beans cover, let it cook for about 3 1/2 hours or more. Checking every 30 minutes stirring in between. Let it rest for another 20 minutes after they have cooked.
Toppings optional; shredded mild cheddar cheese, sour cream, avocado, crackers, or tortillas.
Oh and if you do not want to cook fresh beans then buy can buy pinto beans from a can, still is very good.
