Beef Cheek Barbacoa
Get all your ingredients ready
3 lb. package of Beef Cheek
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Cumin powder
1 tsp. Knorr pollo
3 Bay leaf
1 cup of water
Let's get started
Cut the beef cheek lengthwise then in half and then half again, place the meat in the instant pot with all above ingredients and mix, cook using Instant Pot for 45 minutes.
If cooking in stove top cook until tender, if cooking in the slow cooker cook on low overnight.
Follow safety instructions on how to use your instant pot.
Once you release steam pull one portion of meat, place on a plate and using two forks shred the meat, discard the fat.

Or if you want to cook it overnight place the cachete in the slow cooker to cook overnight on low for 8 hours or on high for 6 hours or until tender, you all all of the ingridents above mix cover with lid and let it do its job, when you wake up in the morning you will have the meat falling apart. mmmmm
Serve with your favorite toppings.
I used Pico De Gallo, avocado, lime, corn, and flour tortillas.
