Instant pot mashed potatoes
Gather all of your ingredients
6 large potatoes
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoons knorr pollo
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
4 cup water
Half & half milk
Ok let get started
In your instant pot add water, knorr pollo, and black pepper, mix.
Next peel potatoes, place in the Instant Pot, cover and cook on the steam setting for 18 minutes.
Release steam right away and drain, leave potatoes in pot.
When releasing steam be very careful, refer to your instant pot manual for instructions on how to operate your instant pot.
To the instant pot add, butter, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste, press the saute button to keep potatoes warm while mashing them, stirring continuously, using your potato masher start smashing potatoes, gradually add half and half until you get that perfect creamy texture.
Once you have finished press cancel and unplug your instant pot.
If for some reason you added to much liquid and don't have time to cook up more potatoes, grab your instant potato box and mix a little at a time until you get the right consistency.
