INSTANT POT TURKEY BREAST
Gather all of your ingredients.
8 lb. Defrosted turkey breast
1 medium onion diced
3 celery stalk
10 mini carrots
1 dried bay leaf
2 tsp. Knorr pollo
1/2 tsp. Sage
1 cup water
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Let get started
Using an 8qt. Instant Pot and use your trivet.
I bought the turkey breast
Ok at the bottom of the instant pot add, water, butter, sage, bay leaf, knorr pollo, sage, celery, onion, and carrots, mix then place the trivet on top of all these spices, and now add the turkey.
Place lid on top, twist, lock in place, make sure the steam valve is closed.
Now press on the button that says poultry, then the + sign, set for 48 Minutes.
Once the instant pot let's you know it's all done, be careful don't burn yourself, release the steam valve, do not put face or hands in the way of the steam... Read your instant pot manual for instructions on how to use your instant pot.
Preheated oven to 400°
Carefully removed the turkey from the trivet and transfer to a cookie sheet.
Basted the skin with the drippings in the instant pot, and sprinkle with a little poultry seasoning if desired, bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
