Sesame oil
3 chicken breast pounded thin
1 tbsp. Black pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. Dry ground mustard
1 tbsp. Knorr tomate
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cumin
1/4 c. paprika
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper depending on the heat level you like add more or less.
In a small bowl mix all dry ingredients until combined and set aside.
Pound each chicken breast thin, then spread the dry rub all over the chicken making sure to cover both sides.
Using your George Forman Grill place one piece of chicken, cooking for 2 minutes or until you see some grill marks, I then flip the chicken making sure it sits the opposite so it can have a beautiful lattice grill mark look, continue cooking to until the juices run clear, pull out, drizzle with Sesame oil rub it lightly, set aside to rest for a few minutes.
I had frozen vegetables stir-fry, so I warmed it up in the microwave and topped it with this very tasty chicken, but you can use it for tacos, or a salad, and a sandwich, the possibilities are endless.
