Ice Cream Cone Cakes
Gather your ingredients
1 tsp. knox unflavored gelatin
4 tsp. cold water
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1⁄4 c. sifted powdered sugar
Let's get started
In a small bowl, combine gelatin and cold water; let stand until thick.
Place in microwave in ten minutes intervals, stirring constantly, just until the gelatin dissolves, cool but do not allow it to set.
Whip the cream with the powdered sugar, until slightly thick.
While slowly beating, add the gelatin to whipping cream.
Stop scraping the sides, now whip on high speed until stiff.
