Pumpkin Butter
Gather your ingredients
2 ( 15 ounce) can canned pumpkin puree
3/4 cup apple juice
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
Let's get started
Combine all of the above ingredients
Into a medium pot mix well and bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat to a medium-low, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir frequently at least every 3 to 5 minutes be careful it will be popping.
Let the filling cool off before you use it...
Use on toast or as you wish I'm using mine to make empanadas.
