Salt & Pepper to taste

1 to 2 c. cheddar cheese depending how cheesy you like it...

Let's get started

Cook pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of boiling salted water and drain well, I let my water boil once it's boiling I pour in the pasta and cook it for 12 minutes, but you cook your however you like it...

Heat a large pot over medium high heat, add ground beef and cook until completely cooked no pink, drain fat.

To the same pot add drained meat and the diced onions, cook untilonionis translucent, stirring frequently.

Now that the meat and onions are cooked add all the spices and the flour mix well and cook until lightly browned, for about 1 or 2 minutes.

Time to slowly add in the liquids stir to combine.

Add marinara/spaghetti sauce and stir bringing it to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced and slightly thickened, about 6-8 minutes.

Don't leave it unattended it will get struck to the bottom of you pot so when mixing it make sure to scoop from the bottom of the pot.

Mmmm we're almost done!!!

Time to add some more yummy flavors!!!

Mmmm add your cheese🧀 stir it until it has melted. 🤤😋

Turn the heat off remove the pot from the heat.

Add in the cooked pasta to the cheesy meat sauce you just made

Serve and if you like to add a bit more flavor sprinkle with parmesan cheese 🤤😋🤩😍
